Valet Parking available at The Metropolitan Building main entrance on John R.  $20 Valet Parking per vehicle - The Monarch Club will validate your valet parking for $10 off.

Nearby self-parking garages can be found at the Opera House Parking Center (1426 Broadway Street) or the Z Lot (231 Gratiot Ave).


We currently offer indoor and patio seating reservations for those pre-planning their visit to The Monarch Club. All reservations have an allotted seating time of 1.5 hours and are available online on a 14-day rolling basis.

Patio Reservations

Reservations available for outdoor patio seating which will accommodate parties up to 8 guests on one of our three outdoor patios.

Indoor Reservations

Indoor dining reservations are available for parties of 1-6 people with no minimum spend requirement.


Private Dining Reservations

Our Tower Keep space is an indoor private dining room located on the 2nd level of the Monarch Club. With sweeping views of the city and chic lounge seating, this space is perfect for an intimate night out or a mini-celebration.  A food and beverage minimum spend plus 20% gratuity is required to reserve this space. Tip - select 6 people on your reservation regardless of your party size to view the Tower Keep space.

Reservation Details and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to visit The Monarch Club.

Due to capacity limits and staffing, reservations are not taken by phone, email or direct message. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee indoor seating for outdoor reservations with inclement weather.

Out of consideration for other reservations, we may ask for your table if a significant amount of time has elapsed. We typically never make this request earlier than 1.5 hours from the time you are seated. Please note that we have a 15 minute late policy. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may give your reservation to the next available party. There is a $25.00 per person cancellation fee applied if reservations are cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time.

Dress Code

Gentlemen, please, no tank top shirts, cut-off shorts, or flip-flops. Please remove hats and over-coats when indoors.

Ladies, please no cut-off shorts or flip-flops.
